A WAY OUT

A short documentary that shares Triana's story, a recovering alcoholic and inspiring look into what recovery can be like. As a recovering anorexic who has been in residential treatment myself, the treatment experience is very personal to me. I discovered how stigmatised treatment is, despite the life saving effects it often has. This documentary serves to break the stigma and share an intimate perspective on treatment and recovery. The importance of talking vulnerably about treatment options is so critical to help people feel like getting help is an option.
